About Prompter
Prompter allows you to use your Windows 8 device as a smooth scrolling professional teleprompter. Fonts and Backgrounds are preset for excellent readability. The app includes the bare bones functionality needed for a teleprompter app and is very simple to use. The app includes an in-app text editor for text entry. The app is one of the few that lets you format your text using Markdown. There are no import options besides a simple copy/paste. The app includes playback speed controls and an easy tap command to pause/resume your presentation. The app also works with your mouse and keyboard shortcuts.
